Field Hockey Summer Camp FAQ
Whether you’ve been to a Revolution Field Hockey Camp in the past or this summer will be your first time, there are almost always going to be questions that need to be answered. That’s why we’re here!
As you go through each step of the registration process, we want to make sure all the information needed to feel comfortable is readily available. Revolution thrives on providing a unique experience for every camp offered, and since there’s no one-size-fits-all program, we understand there may be some questions to be cleared up.
There are a handful of questions we get asked on a regular basis. Here are five with their corresponding answers to help you get started in the research process!
Q: How long has Revolution been running Field Hockey Camps?
A: This is a good – and very valid – question to ask! We’ve been offering camps to field hockey players looking to improve their game since 2002, with a total of over 10,000 campers participating in one of our programs.
When you attend a field hockey camp from Revolution, you’re assured to experience an innovative curriculum at a pristine facility with some of the top coaches in today’s game there to provide instruction.
Q: Who are the instructors that run Revolution’s camps?
A: As mentioned above, we pride ourselves on bringing in top coaches and directors from around the country to run field hockey camps each summer. What’s even more important is they have direct experience in running camps, which means they’ve done this before and know what it takes to run a good one.
Our staff includes top college and high school coaches, as well as current and former US National Team members. To get a more in-depth look at who was at our camps last year, check out this blog post.
Q: This sounds awesome! How do I sign up?
A: We offer four different ways to register for field hockey camp. These options include: online, phone, fax and direct mail. We prefer the online method because the confirmation process is quicker, but we’re more than happy to accommodate in any way we can.

Q: Do I need to bring a health form to camp?
A: Absolutely! All field hockey players are required to bring a health form. If you don’t, we can’t allow you to participate until we get it. Also, for any players interested in a Connecticut or Massachusetts area camp, your physician must sign the form.
Q: Is there a discount for being part of a group?
A: Yes, there is! We encourage teams and groups to join us because it makes the experience that much better. For groups of 5-9 players, there’s a $15 discount per camper. For groups of 10-plus campers, it’s $25 per person.
If you’re part of a group, call our office at 800-944-7112 to retrieve a coupon code.
