Top Massachusetts Field Hockey Camps to Attend in 2016
If you love field hockey and are looking for the best way to get better before next season, then you need to spend some time at one of our Revolution Field Hockey Camps this summer. Our directors include NCAA champions, coaches who have won high school titles and even Olympians.
When you attend our camps, you can be assured you’re getting the highest quality training from the best in the game. We also offer these camps at some of the nicest facilities in town and are partnered with the sport’s biggest names, like the United States Field Hockey Association, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association, Harrow Sports and SiSU Mouth Guards.
Revolution will be hosting field hockey camps in 14 different states this summer, but one of our most popular areas is Massachusetts. If you’d like to attend one of our Massachusetts Field Hockey Camps in 2016, here are the four you have to choose from:
St. Marks School CORE Field Hockey Camp in Southborough, MA
This camp is offered as either an overnight or extended day option from July 17 through July 19 and is led by 2015 NCAA National Champion Katharine DeLorenzo, who’s the head coach over at Middlebury College.
This camp is designed to provide a high level of individualized instruction and feedback, which includes private assessments, one-on-one goal setting meetings with staff and customized positional coaching.
You’ll get everything needed to become a peak performance player, but due to the level of individual instruction at this location, we can only limit it to 50 participants, so hop in quick if this is the option for you!
Milton High School Field Hockey Camp in Milton, MA
Looking for a camp that isn’t an overnight or extended day option? Then head over to Milton High School! From August 8 through August 11 this summer, there will be half-day and day options available for campers to choose from.
We’re happy to have Babson College head coach Julie Ryan join us, who just so happens to be a resident of Milton herself! To prepare for the upcoming season, she will make sure training in all aspects of the game will happen, and Julie has hand-selected the region’s best high school coaches, college players and coaches to provide top-notch instruction.
Smith College Field Hockey Camp in Northampton, MA
If the July dates for the overnight and extended day options in Southborough don’t work with your schedule, here’s another option at Smith College from August 7 through August 10.
What’s great about this location is it’s easily accessible from Boston (about a two-hour drive) and Hartford, CT (45-minute drive). Smith offers a wonderful FieldTurf Stadium and fantastic amenities throughout the campus while getting the perfect kind of prep for school tryouts.
Cape Cod Tech High School Field Hockey Camp in Harwich, MA
We haven’t forgotten those out on the Cape, either! This is the best vacation field hockey camp around, and we’re happy to be back for our 10th summer! There are half-day and day camp options available here from July 6 through July 9, which includes collegiate coaching along with indoor and outdoor training facilities.
